Predictable
Turning
away from life
Ending
with a sentence
One
last period
No
more hiding behind a pen
Putting
down ink
Picking
up gloves
Lacing
them up tight
Facing
any foe
With
elbows in tight
Predictable
chaos
Nothing
happens right
Some
will scream
And
never fight
Freedom
of those restrictions
Tormented
by abstract contracts
Leaving
the cloudy
For
the blue open sky
Nothing
goes as planned

And where's the period at the end of this sentence? Ah ... methinks you speak in metaphors, whereas scriveners such as I, think in literal functions.
The period is not there cause nothing goes as planned.... Is there literal metaphors hidden in the smoke of before.....when scriveners wrote for kings making sure all the silver and gold was accounted for..
Hockey or no Hockey,,,this is the question.
I can see how you would get hockey out of that.....facing any foe with gloves on....
