Tell me how you lived
With honesty in your heart

Happiest is an ideal
Seldom found and rarely realized
Some go through life in mediocrity
Settling for what is in their comfort zone
To scared to take two steps
Toward an ideal
Regretting every single day with every
Single breathe
The weight pressing your soul down
Be a single flower pushing its way through
the snow and the concrete
Fighting to breathe in the night sky
A perfect bloom in a sea of wishful thinking
Reach for the sky
Touch one soul is all it asks for
Cheese ball words flow across the paper
And the room in empty
The quietness echoes off the hard wood floor
Three books have been written
And they have no effect
My heart continue its journey
Broken glass on the floor
It will fade away in the sea
